This Distance Sales Agreement is made between Moontra Software Yazılım ve İnovasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Seller") and the user who registers on the Moontra UCMS platform ("Buyer"), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The subject of this agreement is the electronic sale and delivery of subscription plans, add-on packages, and related digital services purchased by the Buyer through the Moontra UCMS e-commerce integration management platform, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
Subscription plans offered through the platform (Starter, Growth, Professional, Enterprise), their features, and prices are specified on the relevant pages. Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. Monthly and yearly billing options are available. The Company reserves the right to change prices; existing subscriptions continue at the same price until the end of the current period.
Payments are made via credit card/debit card through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. 3D Secure verification is applied for initial payments and plan changes. Subscriptions are automatically renewed via saved cards according to the selected period (monthly/yearly). Invoices are prepared based on the information provided in the user's account settings and delivered electronically.
For subscription plans that are digital content and services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has begun to be used (Law No. 6502, Art. 53/g). Users can cancel their subscription at any time; upon cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund is provided for the remaining period. A refund request can be submitted through the platform within 7 days of the payment date; refund requests are reviewed and approved refunds are processed through iyzico.
Subscription plans, being digital services, are activated instantly after payment confirmation and made accessible to the user. New users are provided with a 14-day free trial period. If a paid plan is not purchased after the trial period ends, service access is terminated.
In the event of a failed automatic renewal payment, a 7-day grace period is granted. During this period, service access continues and payment is automatically retried on the saved card. If a successful payment is not received by the end of the grace period, the subscription is suspended.
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized for dispute resolution. For complaints and suggestions, please contact us at [email protected].
