Moontra UCMS is a digital service platform. Subscription plans and add-on packages (addons) are activated digitally instantly after the payment process is completed. There is no physical product delivery. You can access all services instantly by logging into your account.
New users are provided with a 14-day free trial period. During the trial period, platform features can be used within certain limits. If a paid plan is not purchased after the trial period ends, service access is terminated. Each user can benefit from the trial period only once.
For subscription plans that are digital services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service begins to be used, in accordance with Article 53(g) of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. A refund request can be submitted through the platform within 7 days of the payment date. Refund requests are not accepted after this period. Subscriptions are period-based and no partial (pro-rata) refund is provided for the remaining period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period. You can reverse your cancellation decision before the period ends (reactivation). No partial refund is provided for the remaining period.
In the event of a failed automatic renewal payment, a 7-day grace period is granted. During this period, your service access continues and payment is automatically retried on your saved card. If a successful payment is not received by the end of the grace period, your subscription is suspended.
Refund requests can be submitted through the refund request form on the platform within 7 days of the payment date. A reason of at least 10 characters must be provided when submitting a refund request. Requests are reviewed and approved refunds are reflected on the credit card/debit card used for payment through the iyzico payment infrastructure. In the case of plan change refunds, you are automatically reverted to your previous plan; in the case of add-on refunds, the relevant add-on is removed from your subscription.
